Terms: We require payment in advance. Upon completion of appointment request we will email you an electronic invoice with link to our credit card processing page. You may pay by check or cash in person the day of the appointment or leave a check at the property in a sealed envolope. All photographs and brochures are the property of Cyberhometour, LLC. Permission to use is only granted to you for your marketing use. Your listing link will remain active for up to 1 year as long as the listing is active. No brochure copies are provided. If you cancel your appointment after we have photographed the property, no money will be refunded. If it is raining the day of the appointment and we are unable to obtain good outdoor photos, we will shoot the interior and return on another day to photograph the exterior. We will refund your money via company check if you cancel your appointment before we photograph the property minus a $10 handling charge. Prices do not include night photography. Photo and tour links will be emailed to you unless we have a maintenance code to upload for your office. Your broker must give the Birmingham Association of Realtors permission for us to use a maintenance code to upload your photos.
